Cancer Patients at St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital Receive Generous Donation from Gillman Subaru
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands Hospital is pleased to announce a generous donation of blankets, patient care kits, and messages of hope received from The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) – Gulf Coast Division and Gillman Subaru North as part of the Subaru Loves to Care 2025 initiative.
Earlier today, the Gillman Subaru North team delivered 80 warm blankets, 50 essential patient care kits (including a stress ball, activity book, colored pencils, socks, a water bottle, silk pillowcase and hot/cold pack), and heartfelt messages of hope to patients and their families at the Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands Hospital.
These items will provide comfort and encouragement to individuals undergoing treatment for various types of cancers and blood disorders at the comprehensive cancer center located in The Woodlands.
"We are incredibly grateful to Gillman Subaru North and the Subaru Loves to Care initiative for their continued support to help improve the quality of life of patients and their families," said Lisa Williams, Manager of Patient Care Services at St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands Hospital. "These blankets and care kits will provide much-needed comfort and support during a challenging time."
The Subaru Loves to Care initiative is a partnership between Subaru and LLS to provide support and resources to blood cancer patients and their families.
