The FBI is the lead agency in this case. Our deputies supported the operation as part of a coordinated effort to ensure the safe and secure execution of the arrest.

“We take all threats to public officials seriously and stand ready to assist our federal partners in any way necessary. I’m proud of the professionalism and dedication our deputies showed this morning in supporting the FBI with this important case,” said Sheriff Doolittle.

Due to the federal nature of the case, please direct all questions or inquires directly to the FBI.
