Trick or Treat Trail seeks sponsors, vendors for popular autumn event

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department has put out a call for sponsors and vendors to participate in the annual Trick or Treat Trail this autumn.

Princesses, pirates, ghosts and goblins are invited to don their costumes and enjoy a spooktacular celebration at the annual Trick or Treat Trail featuring Monster Mash at the Rob Fleming Recreation Center on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

While at the event, children have the opportunity to trick or treat from booth to booth and fill their bags with goodies from approximately 30 local vendors. The free event also includes strolling entertainment, carnival games, costume contests, photo areas, food trucks and more.

This event attracts more than 8,000 residents and visitors each year, making it an ideal opportunity for businesses and individuals to be promoted to the community and visitors to The Woodlands.

Sponsors will have press releases sent to The Woodlands Township website and various media outlets, plus articles in the magazine published by The Woodlands Township. Sponsorship opportunities include:

• Event Sponsor – $500
• Supporting Sponsor – $1,500
• Costume Contest Sponsor – $2,000
• Bag Sponsor – $2,500
• Presenting Sponsor – $10,000
• In-Kind Sponsor – Sponsors may offer to provide services and/or items. Specifics shall be discussed with the Special Events team.

Additionally, event organizers are now accepting applications from local businesses and organizations to be vendors. The 2026 Trick or Treat Vendor Application opens on Friday, August 21 at 5:00 p.m. and closes on Wednesday, October 14.
