I used to be a "MEMBER" and a three months ago I called for a backflow valve (sprinkler system) to be replaced). I payed 20.00 a month for 1 year + 226,00 for 2 pieces of PVC pipe and some glue ( the valve I bought) and 3 months later a had a big leak on the pipe that was replaced. Call them to come and fixed but now I am not a member any more, explained the urgency of the situation and the only thing I got was 4 days later appointment. Of course I did not wait for them. Called somebody else, payed again, and big water bill, all because of company that do not care about customer, just care about money. I will never call them again.
