Ratings of USPS - United States Post Office - Pinecroft

I have been trying to call everyday. They do not answer their phones!!! It is horrible that they don’t answer their phone in order to help customers!!! Customers call all day and they don’t pick up at all!!!! They should be reported!!! That is poor customer service!!!! This location is notorious for for answering their phones to help customers!!! The location on Pinecroft location needs to close down if they do t want to help customers!! Not only that, the employees are so rude and have no phone manners at all!!! Please close this location !!!! It’s not worth the stress!!!!!! Poor score for them!!!!!!!!!!
