The Millennium Six Pines construction underway

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- At the corner of Six Pines and Timberloch The Dinerstein Companies are currently building phase two of the Millennium apartments.

The Millennium Six Pines will have 314 units available for the growing community in The Woodlands. This housing is much needed due to the influx of businesses moving to the area, such as ExxonMobil.

Sister property, The Millennium Waterway has 393 units and is LEED Silver Certified, a designation the new complex will also seek.

The Dinerstein Companies is located in Houston and has become one of the largest nationwide builders for certified green development.
