THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Woodlands LearningRx was honored at the recent LearningRx National Convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

In recognition of its outstanding customer service, the learning center in The Woodlands received its eighth consecutive Customer Service Award. To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks clients (or their parents) the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend. The 10-point measurement of customer loyalty also works as a system to increase customer satisfaction.

In addition, The Woodlands LearningRx was honored with a Community Impact Award, ranking in the top 10 percent of all LearningRx centers in the country, which takes into account the number of families in which it made a difference in the year past.

“Providing the necessary training for the success of clients of any age has always been our goal at The Woodlands LearningRx,” said Kim Bellini. “Receiving recognition on a national level for our efforts validates the success of our brain trainers and programs.”

Encouraging children to become lifelong learners is one of the chief goals of The Woodlands LearningRx. The brain-training center, located at 10857 Kuykendahl Road, Suite 240 in The Woodlands, 77382, offers unique, one-on-one training to help students of all ages strengthen their cognitive skills and transform their abilities to learn at a core level.
