Weekend closure scheduled for Six Pines Drive

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS -- Six Pines Drive, south of Woodlands Parkway, is scheduled to be closed from 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, through 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, in order to pour concrete, weather permitting, for the eastbound lane and turn lane at that intersection along Woodlands Parkway.

This closure will not affect east-west traffic along Woodlands Parkway or vehicles using Six Pines north of Woodlands Parkway.

This will be the first of three intersection closures in the coming weekends, as concrete pouring will follow at Woodstead Court and Many Pines along the eastbound lanes.

Once the eastbound lanes are completed, crews will begin pouring concrete on the westbound side.

This work is part of the Woodlands Parkway widening project from Grogans Mill Drive to I-45.
