MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Julius Thomas was last seen leaving his CPS Placement House in Porter, TX on July 31, 2019. Julius left the residence in a stolen vehicle (2007 Honda Odyssey: TX LP GJP7720) belonging to the Placement House. Julius was with another Missing Juvenile, and fled in an unknown direction.
