MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - In the wake of the unprecedented amount of rain over the past few hours, Montgomery County Judge Mark J. Keough has declared a State of Disaster for Montgomery County.
'I have declared a state of disaster for Montgomery County effective immediately. Our office of Emergency Management and my office is in direct contact with the Texas Department of Emergency Management and the state has already deployed assets to Montgomery County to assist with anything we need.
At this time please stay off the roads and please stay safe.'
