Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Arrests “Super” Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Suspect

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On July 27th, 2019, deputies of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to the 30000 block of North Lake Falls Circle in Spring, TX regards allegations of child sexual abuse. After the original report was taken, the case was forwarded to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Special Victims' Unit for further investigation. During the investigation, detectives were able to uncover information that the accused, Marcus Dwayne Hill, had allegedly engaged in numerous sexually assaultive acts with several children ranging in ages between 5 years old and 15 years old.

On October 10th, 2019, detectives with the Special Victims' Unit, located Mr. Hill in The Woodlands, TX area and took him into custody on a warrant for those alleged charges. Currently, Mr. Hill is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on the charges of 'Super' Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child, and one count of Indecency with a Child by sexual contact. The total bond amount set for all of the aforementioned charges is currently $450,000.
