Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Seeking Identify Theft Suspect at HEB in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On January 19, 2020, deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to the HEB located at 3540 Rayford in Spring, Texas in regard to a theft. Deputies were informed the above-pictured male entered the store at about 8:20 PM and left the store at approximately 8:50 PM with a shopping cart full of groceries he allegedly did not pay for. The male was seen loading the items into a grey or silver Ford Taurus possibly bearing Texas license plate CTD8058. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’6”, with tattoos on his neck and legs. The picture above was captured from the store’s surveillance camera footage.
