SPRING, TX -- Joseph was last seen in the area of Medina River Loop in Spring, Texas wearing black basketball shorts and a gray/black shirt. Joseph left his residence in an unknown direction on a bicycle, and suffers from depression, is bipolar, and a seizure disorder.
