Montgomery County Sheriff Investigates Multiple Tailgate Thefts in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On June 28, 2020, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 4000 block of Woodland Meadow Dr. Spring, Texas in reference to a theft. Upon the deputies’ arrival to the residence, it was learned that multiple trucks around the area of Birnham Woods Dr and The Grand Parkway were missing tailgates. After the investigation began, video surveillance was located and a dark-colored, newer model truck was observed driving through the neighborhood and was seen at some of the locations where tailgates were missing.
