Suspicious Death on Firefall Court in Spring, Texas

SPRING, TX -- On Thursday November 12, 2020 at 8 am, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Welfare Check call at 34 Firefall Court, Spring, Texas. Upon arrival at the residence, MCTX Sheriff Deputies observed a deceased male in the back yard who was determined to be the homeowner Thomas John Kenney (71 year old white male.)

During an extensive investigation, MCTX Sheriff Homicide/Violent Crimes Detectives determined Barbara Ann Kenney was involved in this incident. At 2:52 pm Mrs. Kenney was placed under arrest and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was booked under charges of Tampering with Physical Evidence- Human Body. Further charges may be considered pending the results of a forensic investigation
