Conroe ISD to Host Informational Realtor Course

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Conroe ISD is excited to offer an opportunity for area realtors to become experts in all things happening in our district and school community. Join us for our first-ever Conroe ISD Realtor Course to learn about zoning, tax rates, school district funding, growth, programs, and more! This event will take place on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 9 AM - 3 PM at the Jett Center at Woodforest Bank Stadium. Cost per attendee is $50, which covers materials and lunch. Attendees will also receive a flash drive of resource materials including a Conroe ISD realtor badge that can be incorporated into marketing materials.
