Kailee Mills Foundation awards $82,000 in local scholarships

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Kailee Mills Foundation proudly to announced that it has awarded ten scholarships totaling $82,000 this month.

A full-ride scholarship, coming to more than $60,000, was awarded to their highest-scoring candidate, Talon Herrington,. Additionally, a $10,000 scholarship was presented to the runner-up, Kamrynn Baethge, and eight other scholarships totaling $13,000 were allocated.

“This year, we created an opportunity for our KMF families to fund scholarships in their loved ones memory, resulting in five scholarships from the Tyler Blair, Tavin Parker, and Garrett Spry Scholarship Funds,” said the foundation in a statement.

Talon will be attending Texas A&M University this fall.
