THE WOODLANDS, TX – For the first time ever, The Kailee Mills Foundation is launching its holiday campaign, Illuminate Hope through the Kailee's Angel Tree. Through this virtual tree, members of the public can spread love and hope to families who are grieving the loss of a loved one during the holidays.

You can add a special message ornament to virtual tree for a worthy cause

Kailee’s Angel Tree is a virtual tree with room for dozens – if not hundreds – of decorations to be added to it. Donors select their giving level to add a light, ornament, or star on the tree. They are able to donate in memory of a loved one and add their name and photo to the tree for everyone to see. The tree will be active online and able to have virtual ornaments and lights added until December 31.

The Kailee Mills Foundation was founded after the tragic loss of 16-year-old Kailee Mills, who was ejected and killed after removing her seat belt momentarily. The foundation’s mission is to prevent fatality and injury by educating the public on seat belt safety through school programs, community outreach, and awareness campaigns.

Donor levels for virtual ornaments start at $25. Additionally, a $50 bauble gift ensures that a glass angel ornament will be sent to a family who has lost a loved one in a crash. The glass angel ornament carries profound symbolism, providing solace and support to grieving families during difficult times. As a token of the foundation’s gratitude, you will also receive your own glass angel ornament.

A $1,000 star gift ignites your commitment to reduce fatalities and injuries stemming from non-seat belt use. Your generosity isn’t just about brightening today; it’s about safeguarding lives and ensuring a safer journey for all. The glass angel ornament that accompanies this gift carries profound symbolism, providing solace and support to grieving families during difficult times. As a token of the foundation’s gratitude, you will also receive your own glass angel ornament and an exclusive KMF challenge coin.

“Thank you for being the guiding star in our mission to make roads safer and save lives,” said David Mills, founder of the foundation. “Thank you for joining us in illuminating hope this holiday season.”
