THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Recently, Ambassadors for Texas Children's Hospital presented A Heartfelt Celebration in The Woodlands, an occasion to celebrate funds raised by Ambassadors in the local community and welcome one of The Woodlands' own, Debbie Sukin, as President to Texas Children’s Hospital. The event took place last week at the home of Claudia and David Walkup.

Fitting with the spirit of the season, guests were greeted with a French 75 Rosé. Dinner consisted of a buffet with beef short ribs, penne a la vodka, macaroni and cheese, various salads, and plenty of Valentine’s sweet treats to go around.

More than 150 attendees, dressed in Valentine’s cocktail attire, celebrated the accomplishments of their community in raising funds to support Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands. Debbie Sukin, a Lifetime Ambassador of Texas Children’s Hospital, and Claudia and David Walkup touched on the impact the Ambassadors program has made in The Woodlands and the importance of the group within the Greater Houston area.
