College Center Fall Presentations 2023

Over 1,300 players and parents have attended the College Center presentations in the last month. Educational sessions have been offered in geographic locations across Houston (The Woodlands, Tomball, Kingwood, Humble, Fulshear / Katy, San Jacinto College South Campus) to provide assistance for the prospective student-athlete to help navigate their way through the entire college recruitment process with the help from SportsRecruits, the club's online communication platform.  The College Center is brought to you by Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  

All the players (and families) have FREE access to the program and will be working individually and collectively as a team to market themselves in a positive fashion to the academic institutions that offer a variety of degree paths.  There are thousands of schools that currently sponsor men and women's collegiate soccer across the country.  The opportunity is huge for our players when they engage in the College Center that the club has provided since 2006.

"The club has a responsibility to provide our players the required educational platforms to help understand the recruitment process and ultimately have the opportunity of attaining a degree and extending their soccer playing careers in college," said Simon Boddison, Director of Soccer Operations | College Center Director. "Providing player scholarships and being placed on to college rosters is a very big part of the club's DNA. By partnering with SportsRecruits along with already adding two new staff members within the program continues to elevate the club's commitment to our current student-athletes and their families."
