A Sweet and Simple Moon Phase Lesson

Who knew learning about the moon could be this sweet? 🌙✨

Our students had an absolute blast diving into the phases of the moon in the most fun (and delicious) way possible—using Oreos! Each student got hands-on as they carefully twisted, scraped, and shaped their cookies to represent each phase, from the new moon all the way to a full moon.

This activity was the perfect mix of creativity and learning, giving students a chance to visualize concepts while staying fully engaged (and maybe just a little tempted to snack along the way 👀🍪).

Of course, a few Oreos may have mysteriously disappeared during the process… but that just means the lesson was extra memorable!

Safe to say, learning has never been so fun—or so sweet. #LearningIsFun
