Students Shine as Vendors at The Hub Houston Market

Our students recently had the incredible opportunity to represent our program as vendors at The Hub Market, and they truly rose to the occasion.

From handcrafted taco seasoning to delicious overnight oats and flavorful meat rubs, each product on their table reflected the time, effort, and creativity they’ve been pouring into their work. But beyond the products themselves, what stood out most was the confidence and pride our students carried throughout the experience.

They engaged with customers, explained their offerings, managed transactions, and supported one another every step of the way. Moments like these go far beyond the classroom, giving our students meaningful, real-world experience that helps build independence, communication skills, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
