THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Children are invited to mingle with Mrs. Claus – while she helps them build and decorate gingerbread houses.

Mrs. Claus’ Gingerbread House Workshop is slated for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16, and again on Saturday, Dec. 19.

Children will create and take home their own gingerbread houses – and all the supplies are provided. The cost to attend is $5 above normal museum admission, which is $5 per person.

“The graham cracker walls and a variety of sweet treats will inspire young minds to begin construction,” Angela Colton, the museum’s executive director, said. “And taking home a gingerbread house is a great way to get in the spirit of the holidays.”

After decorating gingerbread houses, children are invited to stay and play at the museum.

Located at 4775 W. Panther Creek Drive, Suite 280 in The Woodlands, 77381, the museum offers educational exhibits, a full calendar of exciting activities and a cool space for creative play.
