THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On May 30, 2019 around 4 pm a black female that identified herself as Tayana N. Phillips made contact with a resident in the Imperial Oaks Subdivision.
Tatyana was soliciting money due to a family crisis, the victim in the case wrote Tatyana a check that was cashed. The check was altered and cashed for a larger amount possibly by Tatyana.
