Donate to the Community Christmas Toy Drive, “Operation Blue Elf”

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Tomorrow (Sunday) is the last day to donate to the Third Annual Community Christmas Toy Drive, “Operation Blue Elf,” presented by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and their many community partners.

Operation Blue Elf is a program that gives toys to underprivileged children for the holidays. Members of the Sheriff’s Office went shopping at Walmart Dec. 5 and were able to walk out with 20 carts full of gifts for kids.

“This wouldn’t be possible without our many community partners such as Woodforest, Walmart, Waste Connection, and so many many others that have helped,” said Lieutenant Scott Spencer. “Also our citizens who stepped up and answered the call again and provided donations,” he added.

“From the bottom of our heart here at the Sheriff’s Office, and to everyone, we just want to say thank you, God bless, and merry Christmas,” Spencer said.
