Texas Children’s Hospital the Woodlands Visitation Policy

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Texas Children’s is committed to keeping our patients, staff and employees safe as we manage the emerging global public health situation around the coronavirus disease. We are taking proactive measures to help prevent the introduction and spread of COVID-19 at any of our locations. Until further notice, we will be implementing visitation restrictions for all inpatient areas as follows:
Inpatient areas to include Texas Medical Center Campus, Texas Children's Hospital - West Campus, Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands, and Texas Children's Pavilion for Women:
- Visitations will be limited to two adult care givers or visitors, 18 years of age or older. Any ill visitors will be asked to leave.
- Siblings younger than 18 years of age will not be allowed into a patient’s room or in any common inpatient areas, including activity rooms and playrooms.
- Visitors will be screened daily upon entering any inpatient area of the hospital.
