Montgomery County Seeks Assistance in Locating Child from Conroe

CONROE, TX -- On April 24, 2020, the Montgomery County Sheriff Office was dispatched to a residence in Conroe, TX in reference to a Missing Juvenile. During the initial investigation, it was learned that Tessa Potts, a 12 Year old white female was missing from her grandparents residence located in the 12800 block of Rocky Rd. Deputies searched several areas where the child may have gone, but were unable to locate her. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Detectives later determined that the child was possibly with the biological mother, identified as Melani Rife, a 38 year old white female.
