Sheriff's Office Searches for a Theft Suspect

PORTER, TX -- On September 23, 2020, Deputies with The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Home Depot located at 23575 US Highway 59 Porter, Texas, regarding a theft. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch advised the Asset Protection manager was on the line stating a Hispanic male was about to walk out of the store without paying for an air conditioner window unit. Upon arrival, Deputies were informed the male had already left the store. The manager stated the same Hispanic male was in the store on September 22 and had stolen a weed eater.
