Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Searching for Suspect in Aggravated Assault in Spring

SPRING, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is searching for the driver of the above-pictured vehicle in reference to an aggravated assault that occurred at about 7:30 am on October 3, 2020 in the 30000 block of Gardenia Trace Drive in Spring, Texas. The driver was involved in a physical altercation when he produced a handgun and fired multiple rounds at the victim’s residence. A round struck a vehicle in a nearby driveway where a 10-year-old child was standing.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’0 – 6’3, medium build, wearing a black ‘Champion’ t-shirt, and two tone colored shorts. The suspect vehicle is described as a lifted black Chevrolet Silverado, with dark window tint, large wheels and tires. The wheels are red and black in color. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. If the suspect is located, do not attempt to approach him, and contact law enforcement immediately.
