Milstead Automotive and Milstead Collision Raises $2,500 Donation For Car Show

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Hot rods, classics and modern muscle cars all came out to Milstead Collision on Saturday to help raise money for Hope's Path. Through entry fees, food and raffle tickets, Milstead Automotive and Milstead Collision raised $2,500 for the organization.

'We're so glad we were able to raise this money for Hope's Path,' Amy Milstead, Milstead Automotive and Milstead Collision President said. 'This organization does so much for these young men. We're just thankful to get to do this for them.'

Hope's Path is a non-profit that provides a place of healing within Christ centered environment, where young adults are supported, equipped, and empowered to grow in their potential to lead successful independent lives. Hope's Path is a structured program with daily oversight from mentors, and Hope's Path staff. It is the responsibility of each young adult to plan and work on their goals while playing a role in the greater community.

At the 2022 Milstead Car Show, 29 show cars were entered in the show. DRT Cookers served pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. Raffle tickets were sold and a BBQ pit, Amazon gift cards, gift baskets and more were raffled off.

'We had a good turnout for the show,' Milstead Automotive General Manager Jeff Collins said. 'Despite the weather the show turned out great. I'm looking forward to the next one.'

'We're thankful to all of our volunteers and sponsors who made the car show possible,' Marketing Coordinator Cyndy Rivera said. 'We can't wait to do It again next year.'
