Jim Wolf, Retired Managing Partner of Meridian Compensation Partners LLC, was elected as the new Chairman of the Board. Wolf succeeds Kelly Holmes, President & Chief Financial Officer of Woodforest National Bank, who served as Chairman since 2018.

"I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as Chairman for the past 5 years,” said Kelly Holmes, President and Chief Financial Officer of Woodforest National Bank. “I am immensely proud of the progress we have made in the fight against hunger. Our team, volunteers, donors, and community members have shown unwavering support of our mission, and I am confident that the Food Bank will continue to thrive in the capable hands of my successor.”
