College Park High School’s Texas Greenhorns Drill Team sets JROTC fundraising ‘Shred Day’ for Nov. 18

THE WOODLANDS, TX – College Park High School’s national champions, The Texas Greenhorns Drill Team, are hosting a special fundraising event for the school’s Junior ROTC program. ‘Shred Day’ will take place on Saturday, November 18, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at the College Park Employee parking lot, 3701 College Park Drive.

At the event, locally owned and veteran operated company On-Site Shred will be on hand to receive any unwanted documents to be shredded at no fee.

“The CPHS JROTC works hard to support our community pro bono; it’s time for our community to support them,” said the drill team in a statement. “100 percent of all donations will go to the kids to help them defend their National Title. Please be generous with your donations as they are generous with their time and dedication to our community.”

Advantages of shredding documents include the paper being 100 percent recycled, and combating identity theft and clutter.
