Our Memorial Hermann Outreach Athletic Training Team can help by acting as a Concierge for your athletes. We manage our patient’s health and wellness by:
- Recommending preventative care and exams
- Manage and/or Triage Existing Conditions
- Referring you to specialists and facilities for advanced tests or treatment
- Coordinating your care and addressing your questions and concerns to ensure you receive high-quality care and service
