We're proud to introduce Exomind™ — a drug-free, non-invasive therapy to restore mental wellness.

For millions of people living with depression, the search for relief can feel endless. Medications don't help everyone, and some come with side effects. That's why we've introduced Exomind TMS to our practice.

Exomind is a non-invasive brain stimulation therapy built on a foundation of over 40 years of clinical science. Using patented ExoTMS™ technology, it delivers precisely targeted magnetic pulses to the areas of the brain responsible for emotional regulation, cognitive function, and self-control, restoring healthier neural activity without medication, downtime, or discomfort.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) was first cleared by the FDA in 2008 and has since been used in millions of treatments worldwide. Exomind represents the next generation of that technology: more powerful, more comfortable, more targeted, and backed by a growing body of clinical evidence across multiple conditions.

Neuroplasticity

Your brain possesses an incredible ability to heal and adapt, a process known as neuroplasticity. Exomind harnesses this power by gently stimulating neural pathways responsible for mood regulation and emotional balance, helping to restore proper brain function and reducing symptoms of depression and related conditions. This innovative approach provides gradually-increasing relief and promotes mental wellness by strengthening and rewiring the brain’s natural ability to regulate emotions effectively.

Exomind TMS Results: Mental Wellbeing

In a clinical trial measuring mental wellbeing in patients with depression:

83% of patients with depression reported feeling less depressed at 3 months

88% of all patients showed improved mental wellbeing at 3 months

91% of patients found the treatments comfortable, with an average pain score of 0.2/10

These results, as published in the Journal of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Disorders, were measured on the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS), which assesses mental wellbeing experiences such as optimism, usefulness, relaxation, energy, coping, and closeness to others. In the full patient cohort, including those without depression, 79% showed improved scores immediately after the course of treatments, rising to 88% at the 3 month follow-up. [1]

Improving Wellbeing in Postmenopausal Women

A 2026 peer-reviewed study published in Mental Wellness specifically examined Exomind in postmenopausal women, a group particularly vulnerable to depression and cognitive changes due to declining estrogen levels and their effects on prefrontal cortex activity.

100% reported feeling less stressed

100% who began at a moderate wellbeing level improved to high wellbeing

92.9% reported feeling happier and with more mental energy

85.7% noted better sleep quality

100% found the treatment comfortable, with a mean pain score of 0.0/10. [2]

Beyond Depression: Sleep, Stress, Food Cravings, and Self-Control

What makes Exomind particularly compelling is the breadth of its effects. By stimulating the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, the brain's center for behavioral regulation and impulse control, Exomind shows meaningful results across several interconnected dimensions of mental wellness.

Sleep Quality: 88.2% of patients reported better sleep following their last treatment, with a 39.3% average improvement in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores. Improvements were seen in sleep duration, efficiency, and reduced nighttime disturbances. [3]

Stress Reduction: 88.2% of patients experienced a measurable decrease in perceived stress following treatment, with a 38.2% average reduction in Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) scores. Patients described feeling more in control and emotionally resilient in their daily lives. [3]

Binge Eating Disorder: In a study of patients with binge eating disorder, 95% showed improvement in their Binge Eating Scale (BES) category at the one-month follow-up, with an average 47.9% decrease in scores. [4]

Food Cravings: In another study, 100% of patients reported an average reduction of 35.1% in food craving scores at one month follow-up. [5]

Self-Control & Willpower: In a study evaluating self control and food cravings, compared to a sham (placebo) group, Exomind produced an average of 296% greater improvement in self-control in 79% of patients at one month follow-up, and 231% greater improvement in food craving resistance in 86% of patients. [6]

A Comfortable Experience with Fewer Sessions

Traditional TMS protocols typically require patients to come in five days per week for six weeks - 30 sessions or more - a commitment that can be a barrier for busy people. With a more powerful magnetic coil, Exomind achieves meaningful results in an average of just 6 sessions, dramatically reducing the time burden without compromising outcomes. Sessions are typically scheduled twice per week for 3 weeks. Sessions are just 30 minutes and designed to integrate into your regular routine without any downtime.

Despite its greater power, the Exomind experience is routinely very well tolerated due to its gentle ramp-up shaped magnetic pulses.
