Bertha expected to hit area Thursday evening

The storm formerly known as Tropical Depression 2 and renamed Bertha is expected to hit the Houston / Woodlands area this Thursday evening around 7:00 p.m. as a tropical storm with winds up to 40 mph. At this time, the winds are predicted to be the most important fallout from the storm; less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected to fall in The Woodlands area during this period.
