Montgomery County Sheriff Detectives Investigating Credit/Debit Card Abuse

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On April 24, 2019, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office received a call from a victim regarding fraudulent charges on her bank account. The victim stated she had at least two fraudulent charges at the Valero gas station located at 25 Calvary Road in Willis, Texas. During the subsequent investigation, Detectives were to narrow the card's usage to a specific gas pump, at a specific time. Based on this information, they able to located a suspect through surveillance footage at the gas station.
