Monthly GMVA Meeting Monday, May 20th

THE WOODLANDS, TX - There has been considerable discussion in the community recently about what is happening with some older houses and how it may affect the value of individual homes, streets and the nature of Grogan's Mill.

Three houses, all on the golf course, have been torn down on Coralvine, Crinkleroot and Timber Top. The new owners/developers are proposing much larger homes set closer to the street in the front and closer to golf course since the rules on setbacks are not clearly defined in the covenants.

The Chairman of the DSC and the Director of Covenants Administration will be at the GMVA meeting Monday, May 20, at 6PM, at the Township offices at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Grogan's Mill residents are invited to come, learn about what is happening and offer your suggestions on what should happen.
