THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Missing Juvenile was last seen leaving her residence on S Lake Falls Cir, Spring, Texas, 77386. Kirsten was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue shirt, and black shoes. She has a tattoo on lower left ankle of a horseshoe.
