MCTX Sheriff Seeks Identity of Theft Suspect

CONROE, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a theft that occurred on June 22, 2021, at the H-E-B grocery store located at 10200 Highway 242 in Conroe, Texas. The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male with tattoos on both forearms, wearing a red shirt, black Nike shorts, and black Nike shoes. The male left the area in a white Buick SUV with gray trim. According to H-E-B loss prevention personnel, the suspect has stolen merchandise from their surrounding stores as well.
