Montgomery County Seeks Identity of Package Theft Suspect in Spring

SPRING, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a theft that occurred on December 23, 2021. The male pictured stole a package from the front porch of a residence in the 3600 block of Cottage Pines Lane in Spring, Texas, and left the area in a silver or white 4-door passenger car. The suspect is a white male wearing an orange shirt with the words “Sun Pro,” blue jeans, a black face covering, and also had a black backpack.

On September 1, 2019, Texas legislation became effective which may enhance this type of criminal activity from a misdemeanor offense to a felony offense.
