HS Water Polo: College Park Sweeps Oak Ridge; The Woodlands Dominate in 1st Half

Oak Ridge vs College Park – Boys
College Park strikes first and dominates the net early on with a 6-3 1st quarter. Oak Ridge started chipping away at the lead in the 2nd and 3rd but made College Park work in the 4th. Although Oak Ridge was able to score a last second goal, College Park ran away with the win, 15-12.

The Woodlands vs Conroe - Girls
Conroe struggled in the 1st and 2nd quarter while The Woodlands was able to put points on the board. Conroe’s defense was a brick wall in the 2nd, shutting The Woodlands out, preventing any balls from hitting the back of the net. The Woodlands was able to recover and held Conroe to just 3 points. Final score 15-3 The Woodlands.

Conroe boys, just like the girls, struggled in the 1st and 2nd going scoreless while The Woodlands was able to put 9 on the board before the half. Conroe woke up in the second half but fell short in the end, 19-10.
