Sean Meredith, Entergy’s Vice President of System Resilience, Joins Montgomery County Food Bank Board of Directors

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Montgomery County Food Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Meredith, Entergy’s Vice President of System Resilience, to its Board of Directors.

“I am extremely excited to join the team at Montgomery County Food Bank,” said Meredith. “My family and I are humbled by the opportunity to serve with Montgomery County Food Bank and contribute to such an incredible organization that is dedicated to providing to those in need in our community.”

Meredith brings excellent business acumen to MCFB Board of Directors having served in leadership positions at Entergy for almost a decade. Prior to joining Entergy, Sean served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Officer aboard three fast attack submarines over a ten-year span. Meredith served as the Engineer Officer of the USS Hartford, which was awarded the Arleigh Burke Award for the most improved unit in the Atlantic Fleet.

Meredith earned a bachelor's degree in systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy and completed the naval nuclear propulsion program. Sean and his wife, Maureen, reside in The Woodlands, Texas with their two sons Bryson (16) and Brady (14).
