CONROE, TX -- On October 25, 2023, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office East Precinct were dispatched to the 16000 block of Highway 105 East in reference to a theft of property call, including the theft of an entire storage container. On November 1, 2023, East Precinct deputies and detectives observed the suspect traveling with the stolen items and a pursuit of the suspect ensued. During the investigation the suspect was found in possession of five firearms. As a convicted felon, currently on parole and out on bail for an unrelated felony charge, this results in an additional charge of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Multiple stolen vehicles were recovered from the suspect’s property and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Auto Theft Task Force continues to investigate those stolen vehicles.
