Woodlands Medical Center Honors Its 2023 Employee and Physician of the Year

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Each year, employees at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center have the opportunity to place a formal nomination for recognition of exemplary employees and affiliated physicians who personify the Memorial Hermann culture and go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for patients, the community and each other. Earlier in December, staff gathered to recognize our 146 employee nominees and 39 physician nominees and announce this year's honorees.

Congratulations to Memorial Hermann The Woodlands’ 2023 Employee of the Year Mary Woody, RN, a case manager recognized for her compassionate and personalized care of patients, finding what they need to best heal and recover, and to 2023 Physician of the Year neonatologist Rebecca Ballard, MD honored for her calm demeanor and outstanding care of Neonatal ICU babies and their families alike.
