FRIDAY UPDATE: TGI Fridays no more

A couple of days ago, TGI Friday's announced it was conducting sweeping cuts of 'underperforming' restaurant locations, and The Woodlands is one of those that was targeted. The decision was immediate, and diners hoping for some of the chain restaurant's wares were greeting with a sign on the locked door.
Of the 36 TGI Friday's locations closed nationwide, only four were shuttered in Texas. The address to the suddenly former Woodlands location was 1105 Lake Woodlands Dr.
For those just dying for some of their food, there are two semi-local locations left: one at 7728 FM 1960 in Houston, and 20430 US 59 in Humble.
