Traffic on I-45 still a mess

An overturned 18-wheeler from this morning is still causing massive traffic heartache on both sides of Interstate 45 in The Woodlands. The freeway has been shut down for hours as emergency and hazmat crews clean up the damage. Seek alternate routes wherever possible.
