TRAFFIC ALERT - I-45 shut down at Cypresswood

TRAFFIC ALERT -- Houston TranStar has reported that I-45 is closed down in both directions at Cypresswood due to an armed person in the middle of the freeway. If leaving The Woodlands to go southbound, take the Hardy Toll Road or back roads to SH 99 and 249. Avoid 45 if at all possible.
