HTX Soccer has reached a historic milestone. From June 19–24, all six of the club’s Girls Academy (GA) teams competed at the prestigious GA National Playoffs at SilverLakes Sports Complex in Norco, California — marking the first time in club history that every eligible team advanced to postseason play.

Capping the week’s success, the HTX 07 GA team delivered a standout performance, finishing third in the nation. This achievement follows their incredible run to win the Champions Cup National Championship earlier in March — a fitting conclusion to their final season together representing HTX Soccer.

“Having all six of our teams reach the finals in California was a tremendous achievement and a testament to the efforts dedicated to this program in the last 12 months.  I’d like to congratulate our players and staff for setting this benchmark.  Such is the commitment to excellence in this program, we are already mapping out our improvements for next season.” said Andrew Squire, Girls Director. “I also want to say thank you to our U19 team and senior players for an incredible year setting the standard for the younger teams.  Winning the Champions Cup in March and finishing 3rd at National Playoffs this week reflects the talent on this team and the commitment they made to support each other to the very end.  We are so proud of them.”

“It was a tremendous event, showcasing national-level competition at a first-class facility,” said Randy Evans, HTX Soccer Technical Director. “The Girls Academy League did an outstanding job hosting, and having all six of our qualifying teams participate made for a fantastic way to close out the 2025–26 season on a high note. A huge thank you goes to our players, the dedication of our coaching staff, and the club’s unwavering commitment to elite player development.”

The U19 team success was enhanced by Madison Taylor’s Golden Boot award for finishing as the U19 Top Scorer.  Congratulations Maddie!
