THE WOODLANDS, TX -- “Back to the 50’s” was the theme of the recent Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum (CWJF) luncheon for senior adults held at Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. The organization’s Melodies delighted the nearly 200 attendees, performing classic songs of that era. After enjoying several games of Bingo, the CWJF members served Cheeseburgers, potato salad, and ice cream sundaes.

Forum Friends, a signature CWJF program, meets at four area locations several times throughout the year, and is an enjoyable occasion for seniors to get together for fun, socializing, and meeting new friends.

Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum is an organization of women dedicated to providing volunteer services, leadership and philanthropy to enrich the communities in North Harris and South Montgomery Counties. CWJF partners with agencies, schools and corporations to fulfill identified needs in education, interaction with an aging population and support for people with disabilities.
