Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum to be Honored as Hometown Hero

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum (CWJF) will be honored at the Celebration of Excellence Gala in March 2023 as a Hometown Hero. This award is given annually to individuals, corporations and organizations who embody the spirit of volunteerism, exhibit the values of The Woodlands community, and show consistent dedication and commitment to worthy causes.

CWJF has devoted thousands of hours not only in The Woodlands, but also North Houston, Tomball, Spring, and surrounding areas. In addition, CWJF has awarded over a million dollars in scholarships to local high school seniors.

CWJF is committed to everyone in the community, from reading programs at schools, recognizing our veterans, and engaging with our seniors with our various signature programs.

This year, CWJF celebrates 40 years of “heartfelt service.” Thousands of lives have been touched thru thousands of hours of volunteer service.
